Rezultz.May.Vary: My name is Lori and I am 42 years old. I have struggled with my weight my whole life. The past year and a half I have really focused on ME and my fitness goals, and have found which exercises and what nutrition works best for me, to finally change my body in the way that I have wanted to for YEARS!! It hasn't been just a physical change, it has been a mental change as well! ~ And I must say that it has been quite a journey! I am creating this BLOG to help keep me focused on my goals AND maybe inspire a few people to take the journey with me, or just support me in mine! ~ I'm only human ... I'll take all the support I can get! :)
